Shipping & Returns & Echange


We would like our customers to be satisfied with our items, therefore we accept returns and exchanges. We accept any returned items within 14 calender days, upon receiving date. Returned item must be undamaged and repackaged. Customer will pay shipment cost of return items.

All items must be receieved in new condition. If the item is damaged or soiled, it may be refused or incur a 25% restocking fee. Items returned after 14 days, or items returned without a return authorization number will incur a 25% restocking fee. In some cases after your order has been processed, cancellation or changes to the order will not be permitted. Any shipments refused by customer for reasons other than damage may result in a 25% shipment refusal penalty fee.

If you are not satisfied with the item and want to exchange, you just need to pay differences between returned item and requested item. If only item is untouched and not opened, please contact us prior to exchange to avoid restocking fee.
